{"id":248,"date":"2019-06-01T05:17:14","date_gmt":"2019-06-01T05:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bracketracer.com\/wordpress\/?p=248"},"modified":"2025-05-23T15:24:44","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T19:24:44","slug":"scraping-and-more-scraping","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bracketracer.com\/wordpress\/index.php\/2019\/06\/01\/scraping-and-more-scraping\/","title":{"rendered":"Scraping and more scraping"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The footwells in the 68 have all been replaced by a previous owner, but they did a very odd thing. \u00a0The new pans were installed from the inside&#8230;without cutting the original rusty pans out first. \u00a0Also, someone had stuck roofing ice shield on the floor as a low-budget dynamat. \u00a0The net result was nasty rusty floors when viewed from underneath, that looked like they were being held together by the ice shield from the top. \u00a0This earned me a to-do from my inspection guy: scrape it off &#8211;
